Dr. Jatin Kothari is a Nephrologist and Kidney Transplant Surgeon with over 29 years of experience.
He is proficient in kidney transplantation, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis, Management of electrolyte imbalances, Renal biopsy, and Placement of dialysis access.
He completed his MBBS, MD, and DM in Nephrology from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai.
He took further advanced fellowship and scholarship training in Toronto, Canada, and Columbia, USA.
Dr. Jatin Kothari has had a brilliant academic and professional career, having lectured all over the country and published and presented more than 40 papers at national and international forums.
He has several publications and book chapters to his name.
He is currently working in the field of academic nephrology education and swap transplant procedures all across the country.
In 2008 and 2010, he and his colleagues founded the Apex Kidney Foundation and the Apex Swap Transplant Registry, respectively, to explore new innovations and methods for enhancing kidney care and facilitating legal transplants in the nation.
