• Dr. Gaurav Dixit is a highly respected Haematologist and Medical Oncologist with over a decade of experience.
• With more than 500 bone marrow transplants to his credit, he is widely regarded as a leading expert in blood cancers and bone marrow transplantation.
• He completed his MBBS and MD in General Medicine from PGIMS, Rohtak, in 2008.
• Following this, he pursued a Senior Residency in General Medicine at AIIMS Delhi, where he developed a strong interest in hematology.
• In 2012, he was accepted into the DM (Clinical Haematology) program at CMC Vellore, where he received extensive training in managing complex hematological disorders and performing transplants, completing his specialization in 2015.
• Dr. Dixit has previously held significant roles at Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, and Action Cancer Hospital, Delhi, where he was instrumental in setting up dedicated bone marrow transplant units.
• He joined Artemis Hospital after eight successful years in these institutions and continues to lead advancements in personalized cancer care.
• Internationally, he is credited with performing the first-ever bone marrow transplant in Kenya in October 2022.
