• Dr. Balaji Ramani is a distinguished Surgical Oncologist in Chennai, widely recognized for his clinical excellence in Minimally Invasive Cancer Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, Peritoneal Surface Malignancies, and Breast Oncoplasty.
• With a strong academic foundation and extensive training from premier cancer institutions in India and abroad, Dr. Balaji has shaped his career around precise, organ-preserving cancer care and quality-of-life–focused treatment approaches.
• ​He completed his MBBS from Government Stanley Medical College, followed by an MS in General Surgery from the reputed Madurai Medical College, where he earned multiple gold medals for academic excellence.
• Dr. Balaji’s passion for oncology led him to the iconic Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, where he obtained his MCh in Surgical Oncology and earned the title of Best Outgoing Student.
