About Dr. Hemant Gandhi

• Dr. Hemant Gandhi is an accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with more than 21 years of experience.
• He has established himself as a leading expert in coronary, structural, and peripheral vascular interventions.
• His clinical expertise spans complex coronary angioplasties, transradial angiography and angioplasty, permanent pacemaker and AICD implantation, biventricular pacemaker (CRT-P and CRT-D) implantation, device closure of congenital heart defects such as ASD and PDA, balloon valvuloplasty, and advanced peripheral angioplasty.
• Dr. Gandhi completed his MBBS from Motilal Nehru Medical College in 2002, followed by MD in Medicine from the same institution in 2006.
• He went on to pursue his DM in Cardiology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, in 2011, where he earned the distinction of being the first DM (Cardiology) graduate from the prestigious PGIMER and Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi.
• During his DM training, he showcased outstanding clinical and academic abilities and was deeply involved in the teaching and training of cardiology residents, medical students, and fellows.
• Dr. Gandhi worked at several leading healthcare institutions, including PGIMER and Dr. RML Hospital as a Senior Resident, QRG Central Hospital as a Junior Consultant, and later as a Consultant at Artemis Hospitals and Rockland Hospitals.
• He also served as a Senior Consultant at VPS Rockland Hospital, Dwarka, where he continued to refine his interventional skills.
